How to Get Help
- Submitting a swim clip: Open the app, go to Upload, add a video or paste a secure video link, tag the stroke, camera angle, and review goal, then send it to Coach Larry.
- Account access: Create a parent or swimmer account from Account Access using your email and a password. Email verification is not required to start a review.
- Bookings and packages: Choose a review package in the app, or email/call us to set up a session.
- Viewing your reviews: Sign in to open your private review vault, coach notes, and practice assignments.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I record or upload a video? Tap Add video on the Upload screen to choose an existing clip from your library or record a new one, or paste a secure share link (Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or an unlisted YouTube link).
- Is my swimmer's video private? Yes. Review clips are treated as private review material protected by account, coach, and admin roles. Public sharing requires separate permission.
- How do I delete my account or data? See our Data Deletion Instructions, or email us and we'll handle it.
