Coach Larry Stroke Lab Privacy Policy
Coach Larry Stroke Lab is a private swim video review and practice planning app for swimmers, parents or guardians, and Coach Larry's coaching workflow. This policy explains what the app collects, why it is used, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, Firebase user ID, and app role.
- Parent or guardian contact information, including email, phone number when provided, and preferred booking window.
- Swimmer review context such as swimmer name, age group, stroke, camera angle, review goal, package choice, guardian consent, and private review preferences.
- User content such as secure video links or upload metadata, coach notes, practice assignments, call notes, AI draft text, video edit plans, and delivery/recheck status.
- Operational records such as booking requests, admin tasks, package settings, public profile settings, and review delivery readiness.
How We Use Information
- To provide private swim video review, technical feedback, practice homework, recheck planning, booking communication, and parent handoffs.
- To let signed-in parents or swimmers view their own review vault, notes, and practice plans.
- To let coach/admin profiles manage requests, calls, review notes, practice assignments, AI drafts, video edit plans, content, and exports.
- To protect youth swimmer clips as private review material. Public sharing requires separate permission.
Storage, Sharing, and Security
The app uses Firebase services for authentication, Firestore records, hosting, and prepared private video storage workflows. Data is not sold and is not intentionally used for cross-app advertising tracking. Private review data is protected by owner, coach, and admin role rules. Direct video upload remains limited until Firebase Storage billing, bucket setup, rules deployment, and a signed-in upload test are complete.
Data Retention
Account, booking, swimmer review, coach note, practice assignment, and operational records are retained only while needed to provide the requested swim review service, maintain the swimmer's private review history, support coach/admin workflows, comply with legal or safety obligations, or resolve support requests. When an account or deletion request is verified, personal account and swimmer review data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or child-safety obligations. Public business configuration, package descriptions, and aggregate operational records that do not identify a swimmer or parent may be retained for app administration.
Data Choices and Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and its private review data directly in the app: open Account Access, sign in, and choose Delete account. You can also request account access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing coachlarry74@gmail.com with the parent/guardian email used in the app and the swimmer name tied to the request, or review the dedicated deletion instructions.
