How To Request Deletion

1. Email coachlarry74@gmail.com from the account email used in the app when possible.
2. Use the subject line: Coach Larry Stroke Lab data deletion request.
3. Include the parent/guardian email, swimmer name, and any booking or review context needed to identify the records.
4. State whether you want the full account deleted or only specific review, video-link, note, practice, or booking records removed.

What Can Be Deleted

• Account profile records tied to the requesting user.
• Swimmer profile details, booking requests, review drafts, secure video links or upload metadata, coach notes, practice assignments, call notes, and related admin tasks.
• Public profile, package, and operational records are retained only when they are Coach Larry business configuration rather than personal swimmer data.

Verification and Timing

Coach Larry may need to verify that the requester is the parent/guardian, swimmer account holder, or authorized coach/admin before deleting private youth swimmer information. Deletion requests are reviewed as quickly as practical after identity and record ownership are confirmed.
